Rafael Chacon has 30 years of business and accounting analytical experience. He has a burining passion for tax law, devoting most of his life to changing the current convoluted tax system. He received his BA in Accounting from UCLA in 1977. In 1999 he was awarded a MBA from the Unversidad DE Quintana Roo, MX. As a trained specialist in tax law, Rafael is a Tax Practitioner for the IRS. He is a member of organizations such as the National Association of Tax Professionals and the National Society of Tax Professionals.
